Submit the AP exam ORDER form.
Join your course section(s) on College Board
Enrolled in the course? Your join code will be emailed to you AFTER confirmation of your enrollment in the AP course.
Self-studying? Your Join code will be emailed to you AFTER you submit exam payment
A link to a payment site will be emailed to all students and families at the beginning of the Fall and Spring order period
Important: All tasks must be completed by the order deadline, otherwise you will have to pay the late order fee. Please email the AP Exam Coordinator if you have questions regarding your exam order status.

Submit the AP exam REQUEST form
The AP Coordinator will email to confirm if NCSSM can accommodate your request. If so, a link to a payment site will be sent to pay for your AP Exam Order, along with the Join code(s) to enroll in your exam section(s) on College Board.
Important: All tasks must be completed by the order deadline, otherwise your exams will NOT be ordered. You will receive email confirmation when your AP Exam Order is complete.

Cost of an AP Exam: $99
Late Order Fee (For Exam Only or Fall Semester Exams ordered after 11/13/24) : $50 per exam
No show/Incomplete Exam Fee: $50 per exam (Explanation of No Show/Incomplete Exam Policies)
How do I pay for my exam costs? Please complete the necessary order/request form above. The link to the payment site will be emailed to you. NCSSM residential students may also pay with check or cash by visiting the Cashier's Office in Watts 214
